Terms of service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Qedly, provided by Awesome Geeks Ltd(“Qedly”, “we”, “us”), a company based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Qedly you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Qedly is a subscription booking platform that lets independent service businesses manage appointments, staff, services, and customer bookings. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the platform to run your own business.

Your account

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account, including staff you invite to it. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your customers’ data

When you use Qedly to take bookings, you collect and control your own customers’ data (name, email, and appointment details). You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for your own privacy notice to your customers. Qedly processes that data on your instructions to provide the booking service — see our privacy policy for how that works.

Subscriptions and billing

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qedly to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Qedly available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to pause the service occasionally for maintenance or updates.

Liability

Qedly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or lost bookings) arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. Go to Dashboard, then Profile, then Your data, or cancel your subscription and contact us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. We’ll update the date at the top when we do; continuing to use Qedly after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact us at hello@getqedly.com with any questions.
